Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support across multiple applications and projects.
  • Specialize in OTT platform troubleshooting, Linear Channels troubleshooting, and device restarts.

  • Respond to customer emails, calls, and live chats, diagnosing and remotely resolving technical malfunctions.
