Responsibilities:
· Handling all the major activities like PTF, Save & Restore requests, FTP request
· Handling P1 calls and troubleshooting the cause, raising a case with IBM if required
· Managing all the BAU activities
· Working with the BRMS Tool
· Working on ticketing tool Ticketing Tool(Service Now & Silva)
· Resolving issue by connecting/ taking remote session on User request

Responsibilities:· Working on 24x7 matrix support, as part of a team.
· Working on Life Asia & Group Asia Application of AS400 basically use by most of insurance company.
· Handling user management of Production, DR, Replication, MIS and Development server.
· Monitoring System status, Disk Utilization Configuration status of all server.
· Performing BOD & EOD Activity assign by company.
· Performing submission of created batch job according to company in Life Asia application as schedule activity.
· Taking Daily, Weekly and Monthly Backup of Production through BRMS, MIS, DR, Test development, AS/400 servers.
· Performing Daily library, Entire system Backup and Audit journal backup on weekly basis.
· Assigning access right of Life Asia Application to user.
· Performing Restoration of objects in library of all server as per user requirement
· Maintaining Ticketing portal by closing request and incident raise by user
Performing user id creation workstation id creation, assigning workstation id to user adding user in company with user group.
Description:
· Preparing reports for some customers on day to day activities
· Maintaining daily checklist sheets used in Audit purpose.
· System Health checkup (WRKPRB, WRKDSKSTS, WRKSYSACT, WRKSYSSTS etc.).
· Manually submitting some jobs on daily basis
· Monitoring all the subsystems, Batch jobs, Interactive jobs, output and job queues.
· Taking daily health check list in Production and NON- Production server.
· Creating and closing tickets for particular jobs
· Escalating to the customers if the jobs were not properly submitted on time

Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for providing support in L2/L3 level depending on the priority of the issue
Query/400o Updating data in the physical files by SQL (e.g. If any user entered wrong data into files).
o Creating queries and output files from existing physical file.
1. AS/400 System performance maintaining:
· Checking system CPU%.
· Monitoring any interactive jobs or batch jobs are running in loop.
· Checking system ASP%.
· Checking any user using more CPU%.
2. AS/400 Support
· Solving errors (for example: if any policy locked by another user, we will unlock that policy based on other user request
· Data extraction from I-series.
· Deleting unwanted spool files from the system.
· Sending message to workstation files.
· To closely monitor the daily batch job over the shift
· Changing the job priority.
· Changing the job queue from one job queue to another job queue.
· Checking display job log.
· Member Upload.
