• Telstra IP Assurance (Up-grading CISCO IOS, Raising RMA for CISCO devices, Troubleshooting ADSL, BDSL, Wireless, Meraki and Fibre services in Data centre ) Providing high level of complex technical service and support in level 1&2 service assurances for Telstra's IP products.
  Upgrading CISCO IOS and firmware in number of working setups without any impact for the customers and raising RMA for CISCO devices and installing in customer premises.
  Logging into RIVERBED via both Command prompt and Web UI to check the alarms and to
  Generate reports of the top talkers.
  Testing carriage types such as Frame Relay, ADSL, ISDN, BDSL, Satellite and Layer 3 IP Routing.
  Support number of Cisco platform routers and switches from 800 ADSL series routers up to 6750 series voice capable devices.
