BCPL is an integrated textile company having operations from spinning to garmenting. BCPL produces knitted garments for Men, Women, Teeners, Schoolers and Toddlers for the world market and specializes in Men’s wear, Innerwear and Baby wear. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Total Quality Management System: Develop and maintain quality policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality. Production Quality Control: Oversee raw material inspection, in-line inspections, and final inspection to meet buyer standards, ensuring Traffic Light Chart systems are functional. Technical Compliance: Ensure technical audit compliance (buyer-specific audits) and maintain technical requirements throughout manufacturing. Defect Prevention & CAPA: Implement preventive measures against defects and ensure Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are completed for quality failures. Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and train QA teams (Quality Managers, QAs, In-line inspectors) on quality techniques and new standards. Reporting & Communication: Provide weekly/monthly audits and report on defect rates, CAPA status, and customer complaints to the Management.
