  • 1. Recruitment
  • A) Coordination with department heads and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
  • B) Resourcing, screening, and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference & coordinate with sourcing agencies.
  • C) Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
  • D) In coordinate with HR Head/ Functional Head prepare proposed compensation package for the selected candidates and make the offer.
  • 2. HR Administration
  • Ensure that all joining related formalities get completed.
  • Check & collect necessary documents.
  • Induct new joiner and make them understand organization culture and HR policy.
  • Getting their email id configured and seating arranged.
  • Facilitate introduction with all employees and float a welcome mail at organization’s global network.
  • Maintaining employee’s personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
  • Processing monthly attendance musters for employees.
  • Attendance and pay roll processing by collecting necessary details from the Bio Matrix Attendance System and comparing with manual attendance register as well for the payroll processing.
  • Maintaining Leave & Attendance Management.
  • Resolving payroll related queries and issues.
  • Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.
  • Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
  • Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
  • Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, show cause notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
  • Assisting and implementation of HR policies.
  • Processing the Gratuity those who are eligible.
  • 3. Statutory Complains
  • Preparation and Submission of Monthly remittances of Statutory Compliances like PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Maintaining and Updating of Registers under various acts.
  • Handling Registration, Renewal and Amendment of Licenses under S&E Act & CLRA Act for all sites.
  • Attending Vendor audit for every month.
  • 4. Employee Engagement
  • Celebrations - Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other company events.
  • Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, picnics & parties.
  • Conducting employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy. And we are conducting monthly food festival in staff cafeteria.
