• Key responsibilities:
• Execution lead for tower & podium substructure works
• Inspection of WIR for all the activities on day to day basis
• Review and monitoring the work plans, timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Effectively communicates relevant progress status to management
• Ensuring the control of Quality, safety & environment requirement at site
• Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members
• Facilitates team and contractor meetings
• Resolves and/ or escalates issues in a timely manner
• Co-ordination with project co coordination team for design issues
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
