VMWARE :

Managing 10000 VM's and 900 ESXi hosts, Migration of ESXi host and VM's across datacenters.

Configured HA, DRS clusters for business-critical servers, and created Affinity and Anti-affinity rules as per the client request.

Maintained existing standard operational procedures (SOP) documents and drafted new SOPs as necessary.

Troubleshooting issues like PSOD and ESXi OS kernel issue.

ESXi host life cycle management such as patching, upgrading, and new installation based on requirement.

Hardware validation of ESXi hosts and other hardware components based on Datacenter report.

Based on the hardware error, will work with HP, Dell vendors to perform the hardware replacement with proper CR and Data Center team support.

Working with Vendor for any performance related issue and unexpected host restart issue and providing Root Cause Analysis

Datastore management include increasing the Datastore, LUN reclaim and LUN migration aligning with SAN team.

Working experience on managing third party appliances from VMware level and deploying appliance servers using the OVF provided by Application team.

WINDOWS:

Extensive experience in managing windows 2019/2016/2012/2012R2/2008 servers at single and multi-domain platforms.

Expertise in building Microsoft Windows 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008R2, 2008 servers in VMware Environment using ISO and Template.

Experience in managing multiple Windows systems with SCCM providing patch management, remote control, software distribution, Post patching, we will work with SCCM team for Patching report, Ensured all the required agents are installed and updated properly on the Templates.

Working with Audit team to collect the evidence for compliance audit every quarterly.

As per the compliance report, we will remediate the vulnerabilities and other findings include missing patches and fixes provided by Microsoft team and Application vendor.

Scope creation on DHCP and reservation as per the planning team and Application team request.

Working with planning team to move servers to production environment after precheck and proper hand over
