• Perform carrier Upgrade process by generating xml and provisioning using CM Ops Manager and Editor.
• Performing Re-Homing Of sites (inter & intraOSS-Netact rehomes).
• Integrating LTE sites & 5g Cband sites using NE Wizard.
• Enable RF sharing Between LTE & 5G Nodes for 850 Band.
• Activate X2 by Interworking Plans.
• RET Validations for New Sites & Carrier Growth Sites.

System Enable Platform -Realtime Intelligent Controller Monitoring

• Monitor node overall status and Load Balancing of traffic using Kubernets and for graphical representation using Grafana tool .
• Publish PowerBi Dashboards to Track Node Behavior.
• Configurational Changes Implemented through Netact.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT In NOKIA Projects for Massive MiMO and LTE Antennas for AT&T and VERIZON

• Identified issues in Base Station Terminal and analyzed information and provided solutions to problems and Propose Actions to Rectify weak areas
• Detect Repeat Incident tickets and submitting problem reports to corresponding stakeholder helping Improve standards
• Manage incident life cycle to meet SLA targets
• Provide regular reports using established templates about MassiveMimo Antennas
