· Coverage on Grading System of Mercer Universal Position Code, Career Level Code, Position Class etc.
· Responsible for Benchmarking and Salary increase surveys.
· Participation in benchmarking surveys and creating job matches for current year.
· Providing reports on compensation for analysis like budgeting, attritions etc.
· Supporting the compensation and benefit programs
· Collaborating with vendors for benefit programs
· Coordinating with healthcare providers for insurance package
