In the role of HL7 Mirth Support at Fortis Healthcare, Pvt. Ltd. assisted in the maintenance of Mirth Connect interfaces: maintained and managed Mirth Connect channels, including source connections, filters, transformers, and destination connections.

• Provided Technical Support: Providing support, troubleshooting, and monitoring the HL7 interface issues. Assisted in the testing and development of the HL7 interfaces.
• Key Responsibilities: Configuring and troubleshooting Mirth Connect channels. Running error code frequency reports for multiple HL7 interfaces, and analyzing errors to identify the root cause of failures. Sending messages to vendors using TCP/IP protocols. Investigating and resolving interface-related issues identified during implementation phases. Searching for and editing HL7 messages using Interface Admin tools. Monitoring receiver and sender statuses to ensure seamless message flow. Running SQL queries for data mining and reporting. Addressing production issues and conducting root cause analysis.

E-Hospital is an open-source health information management system (HIMS) that is configurable and easily customizable, with multi-tenancy support. E-Hospital is a generic application that addresses all major functional areas of a hospital, such as OPD, IPD, LAB, financial, and administrative. A workflow-based, HL7-compliant software for hospital management that covers the complete treatment cycle of OPD/IPD, as well as integrates clinical, administrative, and billing/insurance activities. An Integrated HMIS Suite consists of HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, Blood Bank, and Telemedicine Suite.
