About: OTTPlay is a prominent digital product developed by HT Media, designed to serve as a comprehensive OTT (Over-The-Top) content aggregation platform and running around 40 OTT on same platform.

Web Technologies: React JS, Node JS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Material UI.

App Technologies: React Native, Node.js, JavaScript, Swift for native iOS, Java for native Android.

Responsibility:

• Project Leadership: Directed the end-to-end delivery of OTTPlay, an OTT content aggregation platform, ensuring seamless integration and performance across 40+ services.
• Team Management: Led a diverse team of 34 members, including Web and App Development and QA teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
• Agile Execution: Implemented Agile methodologies, overseeing sprint planning, retrospectives, and on-time delivery of key features across multiple platforms.
• App Development: Spearheaded the development of cross-platform applications, optimizing performance for iOS, Android, iPad, and Tablet devices.
• Quality Assurance: Established and maintained rigorous QA processes, incorporating automated testing to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Worked closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align project goals, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identified potential risks early, applying mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
