· Coordination with the external counsels to represent the civil matters at Pehowa, Mahendragarh and Punjab & Haryana high court at Chandigarh.

· Lead the evidence on behalf of the Company in various civil suits and criminal complaints.

· Out of court settlement done with third parties and convinced them to withdraw the cases filed against Adani Power Limited at Pehowa & Mahendragarh.

· Coordination with revenue officers for arranging relevant documents in various partition cases.

· Negotiations with various revenue officers in order to convince them to issue/release critical documents in favor of the Company in various partition matters.

· Arranging site visits for revenue officials.

· Initiated the construction work of boundary wall for the land acquired by the Company.

· Negotiations done with the local farmers and convinced them to exchange the land in order to start the construction.

· Represented the Company at ground level while during the successful completion of construction work with the help of the local district administration.

  • Liasioning with Rural Works Department for obtaining permission for Diversion of Road falling inside the proposed acquired area.
  • Liasioning with Water Resources Department for obtaining permission for Diversion of Canal / Nallah falling inside the proposed acquired area.
