  • Responsible for clients’ interaction for requirement gathering and understanding of the business process logic for provide the significant solutions.
  • Debugging the failed command request to get network based services activated/deactivated at HLR and integrated system for avoid the service mismatch between all integrated system (Billing, CRM, MSG, HLR etc.)
  • Raise and perform the RFC.
  • VAS (Value added services) issues and Performing DR Drill.
