• Developed and implemented the NPI process for new product introduction, which includes the stock preparation for green tire building, curing, and testing products according to various JKI standards.
• Developed and implemented strategies to increase customer satisfaction with technical products and services.
• Task assigned on the supervision and assessment of the project: Tires' uniformity improvement of radial passenger car tires.

November 2007 to March 2009 (1.4 yrs) - Quality Assurance,

• Responsible for achieving key business points, such as waste reduction in different process areas, and achieving targets for cost reduction.
