- End to end processing of transactions initiated through swift message MT103/202 and MX format for ISO VIA Pacs008, Pacs009 for Malaysia market.
- Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLA’s and work processes.
- Handling of repairs, pre-scan and payment settlement of electronic payments.
- Processing and authorizing manual swift payments.
- Managing client queries and escalations.
- Reconciliation of booking, identifying the accounting breaks/gaps and resolving the same in timely manner.
- Synchronizing with front office, IT team, funding team, FX desk and various stakeholders for smooth functioning of overall process.
- Preparing MIS for volume of transactions and documents.
- Handling document checks for import and Merchant trade payments and Developing end to end knowledge on Merchant trade transactions under imports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and assist in regulatory and financial inspections and audits.
