- Step 1. The Remote checker has to login to CMMS and pick the Work order for the location for which performing the remote check. A task list will appear for that particular camera and the remote checker needs to fill all the task by checking with Camera and Server login.
- Step 2: Remote Checker logs in to Camera IP through Mozilla Firefox or Chrome where the camera details are available. Like, Camera location number, Address, Software version, camera time zone, Configuration setting, total events, test shot etc.to fill the required details in CMMS task list.
- Step: 3 Remote checker logs in to Server through FileZilla where remote checker can download recent event Image and videos for both Day and Night events where remote checker can check Image and Video quality, Camera focus, Flash, Video duration. Vehicle speed, Traffic Signals, vehicle lane, Licence Plate, Obstruction in Camera, vehicle movement etc. Driver face wherever required. All the details need to fill in CMMS Task list.
- Step: 4 Simultaneously remote checker maintains an assigned excel sheet where remote checker notes the total even count, Work order number and the issues found, and this excel sheet send to QAs to verify.

- Camera Remote checks daily to check camera performance. All the camera details, Location Number, Asset IDs are fed in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) by the CMMS team, and it will generate a Work order against each camera every day.
