• Processing monthly journals of goods/invoices receipts (GRIR) for trade and affiliate portion and preparation of summary where it shows the comparative analysis between current and prior period, reasons for increase in AP balance.
• Consistent follow up with different teams on open transactions in recon
• Engaged in monthly governance calls with clients/controllership for open points related to clearing, Payments, accruals, and other issues.
• Assisting team on various issue related out of balance of accounts, Issues in invoices and payment queries.
• Preparation of Cashflow Statements on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Various MIS reports Based on the requirement of management.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• Responsible for AP invoice processing for both the sides.
• Responsible for preparing & reviewing AP ageing.
• Handled payment proposal & payment run.
• Well versed with mechanism of PO & Non-PO invoices.
• Responsible for Travel Invoices.
• Resolving Vendor queries through email.
• Prepare Reconciliations of Vendor Accounts.
• Responsible for Review and processing of AP invoice (Parking and Posting of AP invoice) and quality check for other regions as well.
• Preparation of payment proposal, payment run and vendor clearance.
• Assisted GL team in monthly closing & Cash Forecast.
• Weekly client call to provide update.
• Vendor clearance.
• Cleared accounts which were pending for a long time with the help of client & local team
