Monitoring Stage wise inspection of Civil, Structure, Piping and Equipment in execution of the work for LUPECH (J-18) MS Block. (Mounded bullet) in IOCL, Baroda , Gujarat refinery.

 Review and approval of relevant documents such as Job procedures, Quality assurance plans and ITPs submitted by LSTK

contractors as per project requirement.

 Monitoring compliance with Statutory Inspection requirements.

 Review and approval of lifting plans/erection schemes for Heavy/critical lift.

 Participating the Weekly and Monthly progress review Meeting with the stake-holder and Owner for prompting corrective action, as appropriate to address safety, quality and progress issues.

 Conducting periodic Quality/Safety Audits to ensure the implementation of approved procedures/ITP.

 Checking and certification of contractor’s RA bills measurement.

• Overall project management including planning, estimation, scheduling, preparation of blueprints and execution of projects for installation, commissioning & erection assignments
• Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the project with the stake-holder and end user clients for ensuring completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters

• Studying all types of drawings (GAD, P&ID, Isometrics, Support Detail Drawings) and specification of the job in advance & listing down the scope of work
• Managing detail designing of piping, structural and equipment works (conceptual design, detailed calculations, component selection, plan drawings, material selection, part drawing)

• Finalizing basic & layout engineering along with design for the projects
• Installing and commissioning as well as demonstrating the performance tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities

• Steel Structure, Piping & Equipment erection of Greenfield area, pipe rack with existing plant
• Provide guideline to contractor for speedy erection (sequentially) and achieve the plant target according to catch-up plan as a result, to avoid in additional cost implication
• Heavy structure/equipment erections plan and execution co-ordination
• Expedite the project execution work as per catch up schedule and generate the front in other discipline
