  • 1. Process Engineer of Cold Rolling Area including one rolling mill and 4 annealing furnaces and monitoring the process parameters to achieve the desired output as per the customer requirements
  • 2. Conducting Annealing Furnace Surveys to monitor and control metal temperature for various aluminium products to achieve desired Temper (Mechanical Properties) of Aluminium alloys
  • 3. Process modeling of various products to be rolled at Cold rolling mill by using rolling model
  • 4. Failure Modes Effect analysis (FMEA) for Cold rolling process, identify its causes and prioritize the actions to reduce risk
  • 5. Preparing product wise Control plan and adherence to same

  • 12. Use of 7 QC tools for identifying the root cause of defect
  • 13. Data analysis using Minitab 16
  • 14. Handling various Customer Complaints related to Lampcap product, HSRP and other General aluminium sheet products processed through finishing line through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Portal and customer visits if required
  • 15. Daily Monitoring and monthly analysis of Non Conformities due to various defects in Aluminium coils and sheets through Pareto Chart Taking necessary action to control any process and product defect and assure product quality as per standards
  • 16. Preparation of SOPs and checking adherence of it on Shopfloor
  • 17. Order intake through marketing for any new product and checking the Part ID of customer
  • 18. Planning the process for On time In full delivery to Customer.
