  • Technical and functional business support for users of FIS Payments Gateway Applications (TRAX) for domestic and cross border payments as a L2 support .
  • This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to help us and business succeed.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for TRAX, serving as primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Provided timely resolution to issues related to TRAX, offering support to both internal teams and clients. Ensured minimal disruption to financial services and maintained a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Responsible to keep FIS TRAX Application running in Production, Non-production and Test Environments 24x7.
