- Design & Engineering: We assesses the site and conducts a detailed engineering study to determine the optimal design and configuration of the solar PV system. This involves analysing the available solar resources, calculating energy production estimates, and designing the layout of the solar panels.
- Procurement: Once the engineering is complete, we procures the necessary equipment, such as solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and other electrical components. They may also coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Construction: We manages the entire construction process, including site preparation, civil works, installation of the solar panels and mounting structures, electrical wiring, and connection to the grid. They ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols during the construction phase.
- Project Management: We oversees the project from start to finish, managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that the project stays within budget. They also handle any necessary permits, inspections, and documentation required for the installation.
- Commissioning and Testing: Once the construction is complete, we conduct thorough testing and commissioning of the solar PV system.
