Roles & responsibilities:

Handling and analyzing the incidents/tickets & providing the support to users as required.
Executing Critical And urgent issue raised by clients before SLA.
Functional Role - Major Business activities such as pricing, billing, shipping, availability check (ATP), credit management, output determination Outputs & basic functions.
Configured Service orders, sales order, Contract, service notification, standard order.
Pricing Experience - Configuration of condition types, condition tables, determining and maintaining pricing procedure, creation of condition records & taxes as well.
Sent out a weekly report to the client and business.
Using LSMW tools for mass data upload activities
Problem Solving and Customer issues handling. Involvement in Monitoring activities on regular basis.
Interaction & working with all cross module's consultants for trouble shooting the issue whenever required.
