  • MTS Articles Planning Process - In house, Imports & Local Merchandised articles (APO-Advance Planning and Optimization)
  • Create Purchase Request (PR), sourcing and Purchase Order (PO).
  • Create and issue routine purchase orders for production materials, trading items as per production plans, track purchases and shipments (Imports & Local), and provide estimated delivery dates as requested
  • Responsible for processing any changes to purchase orders as requested either by supplier or customer
  • Maintaining close coordination with the suppliers and clearing agent for clearance of the shipments and ensuring the material reaches our warehouse on time.
  • Monthly review of delivery reliability of vendors & freight forwarders.
  • Facilitating system in raising claims for shortage, damage, price difference, and wrong parts to principles and follow up for credit notes and payments.
  • Monitor and execute plans according to project key metrics/targets, budgets, and deliverables as well as develop and coach personnel to ensure efficient operation of the project functions.
  • Issue resolution and complaint handling with internal customers as well as suppliers.
  • MIS creation & reporting for procurement / Inventory management.
  • Reviewing and processing of requisitions to ensure timely order submission.
  • Portfolio update for APO articles – long-term planning, short-term planning & Daily Planning.
  • Monitor and coordinate deliveries between suppliers, to ensure that all items are delivered to the site store on time.
  • Reporting management about the daily status of team volume (inflow/outflow)
  • Analyzing material requirement planning
  • Review and revise the safety stock model regularly and make amendments.
  • Good knowledge in creating Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) in SAP MM.
  • Intercompany procurement / Stock transfer PO (STPO)
  • Regular follow-up with vendor (PO, RFQ).
  • Assist with receiving Warehouse and quality department for GRN and Quality clearance of procured items.
  • Working on Alternate sources for Components mitigating Risk management activity for a Single vendor.
