Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked on production supported tickets like ARM(P1),ARF(P2) and completed within SLA(Used on ServiceNow)
• Worked on data patch with DB2 queries with help of IBM tool
• Managed and Resolved batch failure with help of Mastero application. Also manually processed batch files
• Used shell scripts to run batch process also fixed incase of any modification required in shell scripts
