CLIENT : Dish Network

Dish Network Corporation is the United States' 3rd largest pay-TV provider, providing direct broadcast satellite service—including satellite television, audio programming, and interactive television services—to 14.05 million commercial and residential customers in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Managed 5 projects of different nature, with average team size of 6 members for each team
• Experienced in managing Agile project
• Had regular customer connect on project governance to meet their expectation more effectively
• Ensured all the quality norms are met, correct data is captured and there is no deviation against the norms set

CLIENT: JP Morgan Chase

CCMS (Custody and Collateral Management Service) is used for trade processing & settlement and manages collateral with proper validation controls. It uses SWIFT, DLK and GTA as the front end interfaces for trade data, static data, notifications, etc. The system runs on AS/400 system. Was involved in developing various modules such as IDDA (International Demand Deposit Account), GMRD (Global Market Reference Data), few projects in Reference data domain, SMT (System Maintenance team) and GDW (Global data warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Managed a small team and mentored team members by providing technical and functional assistance
• Also, responsible for work allocation within the team
• Designed and implemented the Custody and Collateral Management services Modules like: IDDA, GMRD, Reference Data, SMT and GDW
• Worked throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensured all guidelines and regulations were stressed
• Also developed and documented elements of the software development lifecycle deliverables
• Prepared Integration test plans, Integration of the all the developed units to achieve the project requirement, Integration testing to achieve desired overall results and Creating test results to compliment to the Integration test plan
• Prepared Implementation Plan to make the project live and run several meetings with client and gateway support

Sarasota - POINT (CSC US, Florida) - POINT is middle range product for P&C American Insurance. It has several versions and is customized with the various insurance lines as required by customer. It is a strong product with rating engine incorporated. The business logic of this product is coded in AS/400 and the front end is implemented in JavaScript

• Involved in various issues and enhancements of the product
• Had been able to resolve the high priority issue on the same day
• Worked on the various complex modules such as Claims, Audit, Renenwal, etc
• Worked throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensured all guidelines and regulations were stressed
• Also developed and documented elements of the software development lifecycle deliverables
