FIS is managing the invoices and billing of the Rental and Lease Vehicles and involved in vehicle and customer maintenance.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Incident Management, Problem Management, and Enhancement on the application module
• Resolving the incident tickets within SLA
• Supported Rental application and Sales and Services Application efficiently ensuring no loss in revenue
