  • As Team leader overseeing a team of five or more individuals, we manage payment processing for various corporate actions
  • Successfully migrated few processes and all goes live within given deadline

  • Our responsibility involves investigating and rectifying discrepancies resulting from incorrect tax calculation, Rate or Processing errors
  • Subsequently, we make necessary accounting entries and obtain client approvals as well in certain conditions to address these issues
  • For the purpose of Reconciliation, we leverage PHASE 3 application, the Mainframe BETA application and DTCC
  • In Phase 3 Application create an event to compensate the client in accordance with their recorded positions on the record date
  • Initiate email notifications to the Stock Loan group, requesting the booking of stock loans for specific events
  • Scrutinize stock loan borrowings and lending for any discrepancies or discrepancies flagged by DTCC
  • Acting as bridge to reconcile outstanding items between BETA and the Phase 3 application
  • Facilitate the netting down of open items by utilizing wash accounts when debit and credit match between Phase 3 and DTCC
  • Adhere to client business rules to write off any remaining open item amounts
  • Attending weekly governance call to analysis for the error happened and giving overview, RCA and action plan to the clients
  • Also taking error review sessions for team to understand the reason and implement controls accordingly
  • Preparing training plans for new joiners and making sure everything goes smoothly as per plan
  • As a part of transition process pro-actively giving suggestions, ideas to clients where we can improve the process and make it user friendly and standardize.
