Roles And Responsibilities

  • GENERALIST- HR (Assistant Manager), RECRUITMENT, Manpower planning & budgeting, Identification of required skill set & preparing Job description in coordination with Business Heads., Managing vendors & sourcing from internal Employee- Referral- Program, Responsible for following stages of recruitment Process-, Initial screening (HR Round), Face to Face Interview with concern authority, Salary Negotiation
  • PAYROLL & SALARY ADMINISTRATION, Payroll processing inclusive salary (calculation with adjustment of PF, ESI, LWF, advances & arrear etc.), health Insurance, Employee discounts, bonus and commissions etc., Expertise on both ESSL (Payroll software) & MS Excel for salary preparation.
