Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reproduce and validate defects in a local lab setup after the fixes.
  • Troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 protocol failures, performance issues, and unexpected behaviors.
  • Analyze bug reports, logs, and network behavior to confirm the defect's root cause.
  • Design and modify test topologies to accurately simulate real-world customer environments.
  • Execute test plans to verify after fixes and ensure network stability post-fix.
  • Document bug findings, test case execution results, and improvement recommendations.
