• This project involves windows performance testing and debugging in various client platforms in Windows OS
• Mentored junior associates to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Resolved customer inquiries in a timely manner while adhering to service level agreements.
• Experience with Switchable Graphics like Intel’s DGPU, Nvidia and AMD.
• Conducted testing of Intel Arc discrete GPUs to ensure compliance with functional and performance specifications.
• Collaborated with firmware, driver, and hardware teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects, improving product stability.
• Conducted manual testing for gameplay functionality, UI, and graphics on latest Intel Arc Discrete GPUs and Integrated graphics GPUs
• Executed regression on bugs to ensure issues do not reoccur.
• Worked with various international customers and always maintained customer confidence
• Triaging the Customer cases and Follow-ups on Graphics issues
• Worked on direct client reports, weekly case status reports and conducting calls

Tools Involve

• HSD, GDHM, Pre-Salesforce, CapFrameX and internal tools.

Client Computing Engineering: Replication and triage of customer issues on various platforms and customer units.

HSD, GDHM and intel internal tools for verification and collecting logs.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Supervised a team of six.
• Worked with Various Customer system currently, usually SAMSUNG, LENOVO, DELL, PANASONIC, HP etc.
• Platform bring up as per configuration needed for Tests with build and drivers.
• Finding valid bugs and providing all the relevant data to ensure the ease in fixing the issue.
• Experience with various tools like ETL, GPUview, WPT and Matthew logs
• Have strong knowledge in doing Graphics, Audio and OS regression testing.
• Experience on Customizing of Intel Graphics driver and releasing it to customer
• Need to perform test case design, writing and reviewing test cases based on client requirements.
• Installing all Windows operating system and installing the drivers and application
• Testing video games and validate new content, features and fixes from the development team for both quality and functionality before those changes are submitted to the game.
• Works on issues related with DP, HDMI, Type C, Dock and wireless display.
• Checking the possibility of root cause of the issue with various third party such as OS, applications bugs, Docks, Dongles, external panels, etc.
• Supported validation of discrete GPUs and integrated graphics solutions, focusing on graphics pipeline and driver functionality.
• Experience in testing Steam, Origin, Blizzard and Benchmarks
• Provide daily and weekly status to leads/managers.
• Ability to deliver high-quality output against deadlines and able to work effectively in a cross-site team environment.
