• Server & Network Management: Configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server 2025, Hyper-V virtual environments, and essential software across workstations and servers. Install, configure, and manage physical and virtual servers, including RAID setups and storage solutions. RDP access for remote users.
• ERP Support: Provide functional support for ERP systems (SAP ECC 6.0, Microsoft NAV), Microsoft 365 Solution ,etc.
• Network Security: Manage firewalls (Sophos, FortiGate), implement rules for intrusion prevention, web filtering, user authentication,Captive Portal etc. Administer VPNs (IPSEC, SSL VPN, MPLS), NPS Radius server, and network security policies to ensure secure remote access.
• Internet Connectivity: Ensure seamless internet access and troubleshoot network issues. Configure and manage wireless routers, access points, Ethernet switches, and point-to-point links. Monitor internet usage, generate access logs, and ensure policy compliance.
• Data Protection & Backup: Enforce regular backup systems,Manage End Point Security Solutions through XDR. Enhance security policies to safeguard data integrity and ensure system recovery.
• Active Directory Management: Administer Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies for centralized user management, permissions, and access control across the network.
• Server Security & Maintenance: Apply security patches , ensure system reliability, and follow industry best practices to prevent hardware failures. Implement security configurations and regular vulnerability assessments for server infrastructure.
• Network Infrastructure: Design and maintain network topology, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and VPN configurations. Configure Ethernet switches, routing protocols, and VLANs to optimize network performance and scalability.
• Virtualization & Cloud Services: Manage virtual machines (VMs) on Hyper-V and other virtualization platforms. Integrate on-premises server infrastructure with cloud-based solutions for scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve hardware/software issues on servers, workstations, and peripherals. Perform regular system upgrades, patch management, and reconfigurations to maintain optimal system performance.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee server rack installation, cable management, and equipment organization. Ensure uptime, power management, and system monitoring for server health.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of hardware, software, and IT services
• ERP Software Management: Hands-on experience with Microsoft NAV & SAP ECC Support to Users on Modules MM,SD,FICO,WM etc.
