Organization has there own RPA with Cumunda engine, customized with our own services and call to the core production APIs for automation of the feature and for the process(Service request) of ticket create/update & status change.

Design and implemented the dashboard API's on visualization of the data on the charts using fusion charts framework.

Implemented ITIL project configuration copy and taken the ownership, where the use-case is if
the requirement is same as existing, it can be use the copy of the project
configuration(Implemented in SpringBoot).

Feature is used to create a type of template, and schedule the time and number of times to create the record based on configured template. On the basis of configured template record will be creating on scheduled time.
