My Role In Indiamart To meet My clients Directly through Physical Meeting or Google Video Meet according to the client Convenience on daily basis. My Task is to Help the clients to improve their Business in terms of how to sell their products very efficiently by promoting in our Platform. As a Business Relationship Manager, I guide all my clients on how to add their product keywords, specifications, and descriptions. This will help the buyer to understand our client products Thoroughly and place the order to them in Our Platform. I have to meet four customers on a daily basis and update our mobile ERP about the discussions with the clients. I also pitch them the right products and services according to market demand for those products and the competition of the products in our directory, Indiamart.com. I have a keen knowledge of all the services that Indiamart offers to customers.
In these eight and a half years of experience, I have gained a good knowledge of IndiaMart services, as well as my clients' products, and the importance of online marketing to develop the business and also to maintain customer relationships to sell our products very efficiently.
The main role is to conduct chemist survey in the chemist, Based upon the prescribing molecule and writing habit of the doctor if the molecule matches our Brand product then I detail about our products to the Doctors and convert non prescribing doctors to prescribe our brand Products. I will be meeting twelve doctors per day and update the doctors details, the product discussed with them in the Hi doctor application.
Also for achieving the sales target personally I wish few potential doctors and give them like Cadbury celebration pack, greeting card with company name on their special occasion like their birthday, blood relation birthday and other festivals. Few promotional activities includes inviting the pediatric doctors to conduct some competition to the children in the school level and distribute gifts to the children through the doctor. By this activity doctor gain a good name among the children’s parents which increases the number of patient for the doctor.
The main role is to conduct the product survey of cigarettes (kings lights) from the smoking customers directly. And my target customers are kings size cigarette smokers. I will be wearing the company uniform like Tshirt, jean and shoes. The company provides me a tablet phone and presenting holder through which I will be presenting the product to the customers . Before making the survey I will approach the customers in a manner that I wanted to have a minute with you and tell them about my company, my role and the collecting datas are highly confidential this information is only viewed by the company for their product improvement, if they accept I will ask their mobile number to enter in tablet and get the product survey code which is sent to their mobile number ,get their sign in signature column in the tablet which implies that the smoking customer is above 18 years.
With the presenting holder I provide a cigarette to the customer and allow them to smoke in the mean while I will impose few questions to them like what is your current cigarette brand, what is the price of the current brand cigarette, which brand cigarette will you choose if the current cigarette brand is not available, how long are you smoking. once they finished smoking our cigarette I will impose the following questions have you tried this cigarette already, how is the flavour ,whether it is strong medium or light, what are the things you need to add up to this cigarette like flavour, Size etc. The customers feedback are fed into the android application and the customer further get the IVR call through which the customer gives me (product survey expert) the rating.
