Analyze the invoices and process the payments through checks or wire transfers to the respective accounts, per received statements or invoices.
Processing payments to the taxing authorities on a quarterly or annual basis upon receiving the tax bills for buildings or land.
Responding to the vendor's and landlord's questions through email.
Processing the reconciliation with respect to rental payments.
Preparing manual check requests and wire transfers as needed.
Processing vendor maintenance activities, such as changing ownership and payment address on a request basis.
Processing Certificate of Insurance requests from vendors.
Preparing Estoppel and SNDA documents for the client, as per the requests from mortgagees and purchasers, and forwarding the same to the legal attorney department.
Works on clients' accounts ledger depending upon the requirements.
