  • Successfully completed a Six sigma project of Heller OEE improvement from 66% to 85%, amounting to cost saving of 3 crores /annum and working on second Six sigma project of Chatter elimination in pin grinding operation which were very critical to Business and appreciated by all.
  • Played a key role in successful completion of expansion in Crank shaft line from 44 K/annum to 50K/annum and reduced the managed expense of Crankshaft to make crankshaft business profitable compared to Bought out Finish.
  • Operations cost leader for Engine Business unit consisting of 3 plants to drive cost savings worth more than 35 Crores through various cost initiatives.
