• Managing a team of 8 members in IT Service Desk & Application Support & deployment and has experience in project like Test Environment build outs, Process transitions, Application Onboarding.
• Currently working as a Performance Engineering Architect for the Performance Engineering team for Dell Technologies, managing a team 5-8 in India & Brazil
• Did 4 weeks secondment for Dell International Services Manila Philippines, of transitioning the process from Dell to OSP Partners successfully. Has been trained on Analytical Troubleshooting and Diagnosis at Dell Inc Bratislava Slovakia. Has worked in Malaysia for 2 weeks on Test Environment build out.
• Have extensive experience is working with cross functional teams across different geographical location and successfully delivering on the assigned task on time. Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a Diploma on Computer Hardware and Networking.
