Supplier Relationship Management:
Assist with the development of the SRM framework, standards, manage templates and standardize documents.
Use the client’s technology platform to draft, distribute, and collect supplier performance surveys within the agreed timelines and evaluate surveys to generate scorecards.
Support supplier segmentation by gathering input from category managers and other functional stakeholders to ensure suppliers are correctly classified based on their criticality to the business and level of strategic partnership.
Interface with and build relationships with key suppliers of Business Units through business reviews or joint business planning along with category managers.
Indirect Procurement:
Lead RFPs, negotiation, and supplier selection in close collaboration with stakeholders & CM to meet their business needs.
Managing contract negotiation, contract clauses, approval, and signature for global and regional sourcing frame agreements. Ensure agreements are aligned with group legal, compliance requirements and policies.
Engage and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the development and
implementation of appropriate sourcing strategies to increase cost reduction and improve annual savings.
Identify sourcing opportunities by leveraging spend analysis tools and engage with stakeholders to consolidate requirements over categories, suppliers, and geographies.
To drive procurement of materials and commodity in alignment with business need related to HVAC, Electrical and FPS services having annual purchase of more than 150Cr. as per operating and strategic plan.
Identifies and understand the business's requirement and to drive a strategic sourcing process of selecting the vendors that can best meet those requirement at highest value.
Understanding of tools / levers / concepts like strategic sourcing, global sourcing, e-sourcing, total cost of ownership, early vendor involvement etc.
Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities in one or more areas covering purchasing category management, direct materials procurement, Engineered / Designed goods, indirect spends. Manage supplier selection and ensure relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships .
Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Rate Contracts and supplier performance processes.
Improve Working Capital thru Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories and Lead time reductions.
