  • Monitor program execution: Track the progress of the ART's features and overall PI objectives, using tools like the ART Kanban and flow metrics to assess health and progress.

  • Coach the Lean-Agile mindset: Coach POs, teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Encourage collaboration: Create an environment of mutual respect and trust, fostering collaboration among teams and with stakeholders.
