• Import Documentation: Specifically including Letters of Credit payments, end to end payment processing as well as understanding of its clauses.

• Analysis of Shipment Clearance Report & T/T payment Report - identifying the flaws in the overall process.

• CFS OPERATIONS: Looking after CFS shipments from India & China, also inclusive of issues pertaining to Supply Chain Portal (SCP) & CFS.

• Pending Order Follow up: Monitoring the pending order (for all type of shipments) follows-ups on regular basis and taking care of critical orders & ensure to resolve issues pertaining to it if any.
