Role

System Manager provides customers a centralized and unified management to manage the core elements of Avaya Aura together as a System

Responsibilities (in brief):

  • Managing mainline project along with feature pack with team of 9 members.
  • Understanding the feature to plan the development and testing accordingly.
  • Collaborating with all the adopters relying on SMGR for smooth delivery and functionality in each release.
  • Working closely with T4 teams to resolve issues for large enterprise clients.
  • Working towards transitioning the product from on-prem to cloud (AEC)
  • Implemented new technologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer service.

Product Name: Aura

Role

Avaya Aura is a bunch of Avaya products including CM, AES, SM, SMGR. Handled the features for CM, AVP/ASP and then SMGR in the time frame.

Responsibilities (in brief):

  • Working with PLMs to understand customer requirement and crafting stories to make sure the feature is delivered in time with great quality.
  • Conducting Persona Mapping meetings to make sure that all needed stake holders are involved and understand the requirement of a particular feature.

  • Leading mainline project for Avaya communication Manager – A flagship product of Avaya & heart of any solution, with team of 10+ engineers for multiple releases.
  • Planning Test Strategy, defining scope/content planning for Service Packs & mainline content, attending MRRB & CCT, dynamic Test Coverage Planning based on Content analysis & Risky File analysis, SV Effort planning & estimation, resource optimization,
  • Co-ordination with different SV & development teams, ensuring quality and thorough test coverage while bridging with Project/Program Management
