  • Company Overview: Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. (MIAL), prior to take over by Adani Airports in July'21 was a PPP - JVC owned by the GVK led consortium and Airports Authority of India, formed in March 2006.
  • My responsibilities had been elevated to lead business development and resource optimization of all 7 airports under the umbrella of Adani Airports.
  • My key performance areas include Aero Revenue enhancement, Resource optimization and generating business intelligence to achieve revenue target of Rs 3400 crores and 80 million passengers with a team of 10 officials and direct reporting to group CEO.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost Revenue, Passengers and Routes.
  • New business development - Strategic Businesses across Airports domain.
  • Enhance the reach of Adani Airports to unserved and underserved markets, both International and domestic segments.
  • Increase passengers Load factor by applying top-down approach for optimal utilisation of constraint resources at the airport.

  • Manage excess demand and optimise airport resources through mandatory slot allocation.
  • Slot monitoring to ensure compliance, increase revenue, improve On Time Performance, and enhance optimal usage of available resource.
  • Plan and Facilitate Runway closure for maintenance and capacity enhancements while minimising loss of revenue.
  • Coordinate in regulatory affairs with the Ministry of Civil Aviation and DGCA.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis to aid decision making. Monthly / Quarterly variance with budget, Annual Budget sign off with management.
  • Evaluation of current and new tools for cost optimization and process automation.
  • Cross selling of other Business verticals thereby increasing overall revenue.
