• Presently working as a Instrument Engineer in Captive power plant to monitor and troubleshooting all shift activities and reporting to HOD. Planning & undertaking all preventive, corrective maintenance and calibrations.
• Working on ABB 800 M DCS and SCADA.
• Preparing Preventive Maintenance and calibration monthly plan as per schedule.
• Worked as a Process Instrumentation as C&I Shift Engineer to monitor and troubleshooting all shift activities and reporting to HOD. Planning & undertaking all preventive, corrective maintenance and calibrations.
• Knowledge of Configuring and faults diagnosis in Schneider DCS modicon M580, Siemens PLC S7 1500 series , Tia Portal and WIN CC SCADA, RIO, Profibus, Ethernet Communication.
• Installation, calibration and configuration of various field instruments Pneumatics Control Valves, ON/OFF valves , Pressure Transmitters, Load cells & flow transmitters like Magnetic flow meters, Ultrasonic flow meters, Mass flow meter, Radar Level transmitter, Ultrasonic level transmitter, Level , Pressure and Limit switch , Smart Positioners, vibration and proximity sensors, RTDs, Thermocouples).
• Maintenance activities of the Utility section having Compressor, Cooling Tower, Fire hydrant system.
• Calibration of Transmitters using Emerson 475 HART communicator.
• Interlock protection checking of process equipment & Drives with Operation Team and Making SOPs, Implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• SAP handling for permit to work system and Material requisition slip, creating Purchase requisition.
• Experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities, Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all Instruments spare parts.
• Involve in plant safety and responsible for self safety and subordinates during Shifts and following all established safety SOPs.
• Worked on GE PLC system RX3I (EMERSON), PME version 8.5, SCADA workbench CIMPLICITY versions 8.1, 8.2.
• Handling troubleshooting in process PLC System and ladder logic and functional block diagrams (FBD).
