Key Responsibilities During Commissioning:

• Ensure compliance to all schedules for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all Panel/equipment. Ensure compliance to all schedules for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all Panel/equipment.
• Checking the cable tray route, Panel, Transformer and instruments position and Alignment as per Drawing.
• Erection, Commissioning and charging of PLC/RIO Panel (Simatic S7-400/300) and I/O checking.
• Worked in instruments like limit switch, proximity, thermocouple, position sensor, Light Barrier, Encoder.
• Lead the PM activities of PDB, MLDB, SLDB, ELDB, LOP including HT and LT panels.
• Worked in instruments like limit switch, proximity, thermocouple, position sensor, Light Barrier,
  Encoder.
• Installation of electrical Instruments and calibration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities During Running plant:

• Work as a Area In-charge of Kiln Proper (600 TPD).
• Work as a Sub-area incharge of Gas booster Station.
• Make a plan for preventive maintenance activities, attacking breakdown and maintaining CAPA.
• Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule ensuring safe and efficient performance of plant.
• Maintenance of Transformer, LT breaker, Motors and PLC panels.
• Monitoring/ Maintaining power consumption data of individual kiln and specific power consumption of each kiln with whole day production.
• Handle the Inventory management and spare equipment of allotted area.
• Handle the Manpower management - Shift schedule management- Contractor manpower management.
• Develop SOPs & WIs for all electrical activities as per latest IMS format.
• Do the Job cycle check (JCC) of all activities as per requirement and Category wise Demand.(High risk & moderate risk activities).
• Look after the Safety audits in inter dept. and do compliance & reporting.
• Certified Auditor of Electrical Safety and done training on subject-matter-expert of Electrical safety.
• Co-ordinate of CLIT team in area wise equipment audits.
• Lead a team in QCC on project title of Change of Topology from ring to star to overcome breakdown/ failure on communication on Danfoss drive.
• Responsible for root cause analysis of each delay & breakdown using why-why analysis.
• Create notification on SAP (ZM03) to log each breakdown and close the notifications.
• Responsible for Closing of maintenance record on SAP (ZM02).
• Actively involve in TQM activities i.e. Kaizen, DWM, 5S.
• Maintain record of Bypass Logging online & offline.

• Design, Simulation and Analysis of DC-DC converter for
  Microbial Fuel Cell used in waste water Treatment.
• Design Optimized microbial Fuel Cell.
• Analysis and Connection of MFC wiring with Data logger
