• Designing BRS for Operational Requirements
• Underlining / Preparing the test case scenarios and validations of automated systems for New / Existing product development adhering to product features.

Projects Delivered -

1.Customer Experience Projects

• Assisted in launching Online Dispute Resolution self service channel on Retail Internet Banking & iMobile platform allowing customer to use the channel to register cards related disputes online and raise a request for reversal of charges as per eligibility
• Assisted in Launching Credit Card Charges Reversal Online Module on Internet Banking Platform enabling customer to reverse the charges allowed within elligible parameters defined by bank.
• Assisted in introducing 8 new services for credit card on WhatsApp banking .
• Introduced self service option for customer to change their credit card billing cycle date seamlessly on digital platform internet banking and iMobile app.
• Online Reload, Linking, Refund of Travel Card. Expression Gift Cards Functionality introduced on Mobile and Retail internet Banking platform.
• Payment option for Standalone Credit Card Customer in iMobile
• Assisted in Launching EMI Booking facility on Internet banking Platform ,Along with EMI Cancellation service using API on Phone Banking Application iView.
• Assisted in Launching ,Statement Generation, ,Card Blocking ,Card Replacement ,Self service channel for customers on Digital Platforms.

2.Decongest Process

• Completed Zone wise allocation for Embossing file splitting project for Credit Cards, thus by saving operation cost of 1 Crore pa Decentralising the card production and dispatch and reduced the TAT for cards dispatch
• Issuance of No Due Certificate digital (Email) for customers proactively, thus by saving operating cost of 9 lakh pa
• Completed 4 to 7 Years increasing expiry project for Visa & Master Credit Cards thus extending the validity of Visa and Master Credit Cards Plastic saving cost on Renwal incurred every 4 years .
• Automation of Rewards adjustments and posting for disputed transactions for Credit Cards.
• Generation of Amortization letter and sending to customer registered email I’d using Phonebanking Application iview on the click of button .

3.Regulatory Projects

• Assisted in launching of RBI moratorium services for Credit card customers, by completing user acceptance test and various scenarios.
• Assisted in completing New RBI Mandates for Credit Cards functionality in system assisted Business and Technology for implementation.

4.Business Enablers

• Assisted in launch of Mine Credit cards, card will provide complete onboarding experience to new to bank customer
• Assisted in launching of Amezon Pay Credit Card integrating three system of bank
• Multi-currency Travel Card functionality deployment
• Integration of three core system for seamless application boarding and loading and refund functionality of Travel Card Product.

5.System Migerations

• Migations Prime 4 Version enhancement from 12.3 to 18.3, to upgrade issuer environment to latest Prime 4 technology total cost benefit 1,00,00,000.

• Managing a Team of 17 staff handling day to day Operations process that includes Application boarding, Card activation, Card loading, maintenance-blocking, unblocking, Card Replacement, MIS Preparation & Reconciliation of Card loading
