During my internship at Rishi Landscapes and Gardening, I gained hands-on experience in the operations of a service-based landscaping business. I developed practical knowledge in plant care, landscape design, customer service, and business processes.

My key responsibilities included:

• Plant maintenance: watering, pruning, fertilizing, and identifying early signs of plant disease.
• Customer Service: Assisting customers with plant selection, providing care instructions, and supporting billing and inventory tracking.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, organizing new shipments, and updating tags and price labels.
• Learning and Observation: Observing landscape planning, attending project meetings, and learning propagation methods such as grafting, cutting, and layering.
