MRO( Spares Procurement)

• Responsible for category management & sourcing of materials under Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) with a spend base of around 50 Cr.
• Looked after MRO Spares of Indigenous and import segment in various categories like pipe, pump, motor, valves, fastener, medicine etc.
• Responsible for end-to-end supply planning, category planning & sourcing of around 6000 SKUs .
• Part of 4-member team to capture details of import and Indigenous consignment integrate details into Tata Steel system to display real time information .
• Demand forecasting and inventory optimization of Store Stock Category items.
• Developing sourcing strategies, selection of vendors and engaging into strategic negotiations.
• Daily management of different KPIs to achieve business success.
• Spend analysis in various categories, vendors, contracts & finding out ways to improve efficiency in overall procurement cycle.
