Also have knowledge in industrial Gearboxes, Pumps, Motors, Hydro-cyclones & Valves. Have handled major segments in various applications/equipment - Mining, Cement, Sugar, Steel, Food, Power, Material Handling, Oil & Gas, Wastewater treatment & others. With Ability to read and interpret client and internal engineering drawings including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and General Arrangement (GA) drawings. Familiarity with International Standard Codes such as API, ISO, ASME, ANSI, AGMA, IEC & others. I have good communication skills & have experience in dealing with multiple foreign entities. • Introducing of Bell Housing Adaptor with Input Shaft Fan Cooling to avoid Independent Air-Oil Heat Exchanger in Sugar Mill Application.
• Offering combination gearbox (Planetary & Inline Helical Gearbox) for Mill Application to ISGEC achieving single highest order.
• Achieving First Order Entry in Rolling Mill Application to Kathuria rolling mills offering high rigid gearbox to withstand heavy load & high temperature with Viton Seals.
