• Good operation in, Atmospheric Fluidising Bed Combustion, Travelling Grate Boiler
• Familiar with the ABB, Siemens SPAT3000, YOKOGAWA Centum CS3000 Series Operating systems.
• Vacuum creation, gland sealing system, HP Heater & LP Heater line up, water jet air ejector, steam jet air ejector line up, condensate system line up, De-aerator line up, condenser ball cleaning system
• BFP-T&M, CEP, CPP, ACW, Compressor, CT fan line up
• Air Cool Condenser, Surface condenser worked
• Good Operation of captive power plant, thermal power plants and Balance of Plant with optimum efficiency.
• Cold Start up, Hot Start-up, Warm start up, Normal Operation, Emergency Handling and Safe shut down of Units.
• Line up of the unit and its auxiliaries, Changeover of equipment, routine testing of protection system, Valve freedom test and annunciation system
• Performance monitoring & Efficiency evaluation of power plant equipments
• Issue and cancellation PTW system, safe isolation, personnel safety and equipment safety.
• Monitor plant operations and handle emergencies including shut-down of units and load throw-off to control generation as per requirement.
• Instruction to Desk & Field operators for safe operation of Power Plant
• Monitor the loading of Machine and coordinate with load dispatch.
• Emergency Equipment Trial and restoration of process and Equipment
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to Achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
• Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.
