GENETICS: "Mutational analysis of Thyroid Peroxidase Gene", Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) is the important enzyme in the synthesis of thyroid hormone and the TPO defects .The aim of study is to identify TPO gene defects in Thyroid patients among south Indian patients. Environmental Survey on the Usage of Yellow Fever Vaccine in Slum Areas, Due to some rumor against Yellow fever in south India, King Institute Chennai made a survey on the true facts of the infection and plan to identify the mode of infection and the exact kind of disease spreads in slum area and my project team where the part of the survey.
