Lenovo's UDS platform is one of the most complex customer device centric platform providing various services such as continuous device analytics, device intelligence and also provides integration interfaces with Lenovo's trademark products such ThinkReality, Vantage etc.

• UDS platform is built using microservices backed by cloud agnostic infrastructure. My role is identify problems that end users facing while self servicing their devices to enroll into UDS platform. Collaborated with 15 different team leads, architecture to optimize the support life cycle.
• Analyzed existing systems and identified gaps between current system capabilities and customer requirements.
• Identified opportunities for improving existing processes, systems or applications.
• Provided technical guidance to other team members in the development of solutions.

A simple document management designed in house to manage learning content by various customer and allow customers to manage their spaces

CollectiveI is a product based company and they 've 3 products where one of them is Intelligence.com. Intelligence.com is the first network to leverage AI to support a community of Connectors, the people who make things happen in business and life.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop TDD RESTful APIs, engage in cross functional teams, work closely with product owners to convert business requirements to technical tickets

Mindera is a Dev shop developing solutions for e-comm platforms such Trainline, Net-A-Porter. I worked as a tech lead and IC respectively.

• As a first employee of this startup, I was grateful to face tremendous opportunities to design, develop solutions for various customers. iCrypto built Identity solutions inhouse and I played a keyrole.
• At iCrypto, we designed a PAM (Privilege Access Management) & PEM (Privilege Escalation Management) for AT&T USA. Used open sources tools and tested in nearly 1500 lab machines
• At iCrypto, another solution design for NOC (Network Open Center) to onboard service engineers through a very sophisticated wizard
